    The location couldn't be more marvellous near Geneva downtown. The staff were super friendly and outstandingly accommodating, it was a bonus. They helped us get a shuttle into town. The rooms were spotless and elegant, with terrace...

    No negatives from this place.

    Gorgeous lake views, beautifully designed spa facilities, really good wellness services

    Overpriced dining options could use a thorough review!!! Inconsistent service quality might leave guests feeling overlooked!!! Unresponsive housekeeping needs to improve to maintain standards!!! Long check-in and check-out times felt excessive for a luxury hotel!!!

    An Lovely Stay with Really good Service

    Enjoyed a relaxing escape with superb spa access. Especially Megan. The indoor pool was a great retreat, while the Michelin Star Chinese Restaurant served delicious meals. Guests should try the breakfast early to avoid the rush. Highly recommend for a tranquil getaway.

    La reserve geneve hotel & spa is fantastic! The spa is beautiful and the treatments are super relaxing. The staff was great, and having a boat service to geneva made it easy to explore the area while enjoying the lovely lakeside view.

    Amazing swimming pool area.

    Our AC was not working during the entire night. Despite being in a supposed five-star hotel, maintenance couldn't fix it. The discomfort, and we left exhausted.
